Product Delivery

After placing your order, you should receive 2 e-mails: an order confirmation from our payment provider, and a second e-mail from us which contains details how to proceed with the download of your software.

As all orders are reviewed by our sales team, occasionally there may be a slight delay (up to 72 hours) before you receive the second confirmation.

All SpaceClaim products are delivered ESD via our MySpaceClaim.com extranet. This is a protected section of our web-site, which allows you to:

  • ♦ Download software distributions "anytime, anywhere"
  • ♦ Download support resources and service packs
  • ♦ Manage the list of authorized account contacts
  • ♦ Access our integrated support system: create tickets, submit bugs, make feature requests and review the status of your support incidents

Returns Policy

SpaceClaim Corp. offers a limited return policy on its software products.
   
Restrictions:
  • ♦ Software was purchased directly through SpaceClaim.com and SpaceClaim.jp web sites, and not through a reseller, VAR, or Sales Associate.
  • ♦ Paid with a credit card.
  • ♦ Refund request was made within 15 days of order.
