Resolution of Issue with SpaceClaim Professional 2007 when updating to Microsoft .NET Framework Security Update (KB928365)

SpaceClaim has resolved a compatibility issue with SpaceClaim Professional 2007 and Microsoft Windows XP.NET Framework Security Update (KB928365).  Adding this update to your system will cause SpaceClaim Professional 2007 SP3 or earlier to stop functioning.

SpaceClaim 2007 SP4 corrects this issue—click here for updates page.

Note:
If you are currently running SpaceClaim SP0, SP1, or SP2, you will need to update SpaceClaim and any add-on modules (Data Exchange, CATIA, JT Open) you have purchased.

If you are running SpaceClaim SP3, you will need to install SpaceClaim (Installer.msi) into the same directory as your existing SP3 installation.

To determine which version of SpaceClaim you are using, start SpaceClaim, then select on the "SpaceClaim Applications" icon, then select "SpaceClaim Option", "Resources", "About".  In the window that appears you will find the version of SpaceClaim.

If you had disabled Microsoft's automatic update due to previous incompatibility issues, you may now re-enable it and perform the Microsoft Windows XP.NET Framework Security Update (KB928365) without concern that it will affect your SpaceClaim application.
